At The Collectors Guild, we work hard to ensure every order is accurate, secure, and packaged with care. Because of the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below.

 

 

1. All Refunds Require Item Return & Inspection

Refunds are not issued automatically.

To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us so our team can inspect the product and verify the issue.

No refund will be processed until the returned item is received and reviewed.

 

 

2. Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a return only for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item
     

  • The item arrived damaged
     

  • The item arrived in a condition different than described
     

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
     

  • Condition disagreements based on subjective opinions
     

  • Opened or tampered sealed products
     

  • Cards damaged after arrival
     

 

 

3. Return Process

To begin a return:

    • Your order number
       

    • A description of the issue
       

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
       

  2. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
     

  3. Ship the item back to us securely. The product must arrive in the same condition it was sent.
     

  4. Once the item is received, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
     

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect condition), we will cover return shipping or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
     

  • If the return is not due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
     

 

 

5. Refund Decisions

After inspection, we may:

  • Approve the refund
     

  • Offer a partial refund
     

  • Deny the refund if the item does not match the claim
     

Our inspection and final decision will be communicated clearly with you.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

To protect collectible integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened sealed products
     

  • Mystery boxes or custom bundles
     

  • Digital products
