At The Collectors Guild, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping all orders ourselves to ensure your trading cards and collectibles arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

 

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
     

  • Processing times may extend during holidays, new set releases, or special promotions.
     

  • We will contact you if any unexpected delay occurs.
     

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
     

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
     

  • Local Pickup: If offered, details will be provided at checkout
     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The selected shipping method
     

  • Order weight and size
     

  • Destination

    Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated.
     

 

 

Packaging

All items are shipped by our team and packaged with care:

  • Single cards are sent in sleeves and top loaders (or equivalent protection).
     

  • Larger orders, sealed products, and accessories are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
     

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

 

Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

The Collectors Guild is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
     

  • Additional fees for reshipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, issues can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Lost or delayed packages: Please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.
     

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a resolution.
     

 

 

International Shipping

If we offer international shipping, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
